Anyone know about these?

I was testing this in VAG COM the other day and noticed that when first turned the iginition on under block 006 (IIRC) the switch would always indicate to the ecu that the clutch was down....only when pressing the clutch down and back up would it change the switch to indicate the clutch was up.....

And from there on it would work as I'd expect, clutch down value changes and releasing clutch the value reverts (either 0100 or 0110 cant remember which)

I also gather from Skoda that this switch is a Hall sensor switch? Clicky
