Black wheel, Silver car.

The only way to go IMHO

now that colour i like  , i presume they were done by a pro company.

either would look good, but for me, on a silver car a GUNMETAL colour would look best - I did my lotus wheels in that colour (against silver bodycolour) and it looked fab - i'll dig out some pics later..

i have a graphite colour for the wheels on my FL vrs (against white bodywork) looks great but if i'm honest i think the colour i went for ended up looking a little too close to black - if i was doing it again i'd go for lighter shade, but it still looks 1000% better than the stock wheel colour IMO.

cheers

ps. if you post some side on (profile) pics of the car I can do some mockups for you in paintshop if that helps.

Ok, so they're not on an Octavia MkII but here's a pic of two silver fabia's. L/H The Mongrel in an earlier guise sporting "17 Spiders in Anthracite. R/H 16" Alloys in Satin Black

I have satin black 18'' wheels on my Leon and love them. IMHO they suit a smaller car I'm not sure black goes with any big car. I think the Furby's above like ace with them. I saw a brand new silver M3 this morning with gloss black wheels and it doesnt have the same effect. I think that anthracite and gunmetal are the best options for a larger car.

my bbs wheels are matt black and give it a stealth look and it really sets the calipers off to

Here's a quick photoshop i did about a year ago when i was choosing my colour - original pic (silver car, std ride height & wheel colour) and a pic with darker wheels and a small ride height reduction.

I ended up going for a white car in the end (saving 400 quid in the process) and the wheel colour i chose is a little darker than the pic here.

hth.

that smoked chrome is a nice color, anybody any other colors on a race blue?

Im thinking of getting mine done in graphite grey, i think the anthracite is too light for me,

Thanks
