Everytime i play music above about volume 3 the bloody speakers vibrate the door card...am i assuming this is a quick fix with a bit of sound deadening, loft insulation looking stuff

If the door cards rattling, then it needs securing better, sounds deading material wont help with that, take the door card off and see how to secure it better, i used some double sided carpet tape on the door with mine, helped somewhat pain in the arse to remove tho....

If i remember rightly this happens because the door card is too close to the speaker.

I think if you take off the bottom of the door card, and stick some cloth maybe, or even a little block of polystyrene in there, just to push it out a teeny bit, you should be fine.

I keep meaning to get around to doing this with mine.
