Clunking

Featured Replies

So ive seem to developed a weird clunking from the passenger rear

The car is lowered on coilovers and when sitting in the passenger rear side bouncing in the seat i notice a clunk

This is more obvious when driving

The car seems to handle ok and ive made sure the wheel is on tight

Tried to move the strut by hand and the wheel but i cannot replicate the noise

i cant see anything catching to cause the noise

any ideas?

Noticed.this.old post and I.have exactly the same problem. Does anyone have a solution? Thanks in advance

Just an idea. Have you checked the rear swinging arm bushes. I guess this would make the noise you describe if it was on the way out.

I havent but it will be my first port of call tomorrow, cheers :)

yeah thats the easy way to tell plus if u really look close the camber might be sitting in a bit at the top if the bushes r away
