Well Yeti Folk, in these dark days that are the wait for Boris the Yeti to arrive a thought occurred to me; Does the Yeti, in particular the 'S' model, have a cupholder? As expected, the brochure is inadequate and fails to inform me of this simple fact, and so I ask the worldy wise amongst you.

Now, I believe - rightly or wrongly - that the SE and Elegance models have cupholders built into the armrest / jumbo box thingy. I will not benefit from such luxury and so does that mean I have no cupholder at all? Is there one in the glovebox lid? Is the door bin shaped to accommodate a water bottle? Put me out of my misery so that I can move on to thinking about another relatively trivial Yeti related question...........I thank you.

not actually seen an S but i believe they still have the bottle and cup holders like my SE and reading the Skoda Germany site this is the case for their Active (S) spec.

front door 1 litre bottle, so a half litre tends to fall over

half litre perfect for rear

and centre

Thanks TP, I knew that I could rely on you for that one. Pictures as well; you deserve some sort of honoury chief SMOC status amongst us So, it looks as though those cup holders by the handbrake will be on my 'S' model. That will do nicely.....

The cupholders will be there by the handbrake. That part of the trim is lifted straight from the Octavia as far as I can see and all the Octavias have cup holders there whether they have the armrest or not.

Thanks, I am now reassured. From the picture above it looks as though I will have enough room for a bottle of water and an extremely large peanut.
