I need the firing order and also the initial advance at idle speed.

Spark plug #1 is on the belts side or clutch side ?

(I'm familliar with v8, but not with L4... )

1342 with 1 being the fanbelt end

advance would be around 10-15 with pipe off unless you want it to pink like a diesel
