Jabba electronic boost controller

Featured Replies

hi all!

has anyone had these fitted?

was going get one for my octy, just wondered if you had to remap the car aswell to have this??

also wondered if it would be hard to fit as jabba is a long way from me up here in scotland!

or if they have someone close here that could fit it?

thanks for time

chris

You'd probably do best to give Jabba a call directly and ask them.

they'll be able to tell you what you need to know,or you could email them your questions,Elton is very good at responding.

It's not a DIY job as it wires into the ECU.

It is also better to have it fitted with remap and it allows you to play around with the torque and boost limiters.

As Alex said better to give Jabba a call to discuss.

i might be wrong here but i doubt you'd be able to increase the boost on the standard ecu without a remap anyway.

i'm guessing that was your plan? you wouldnt want to reduce it from OE boost surely.

chris im from scotland too and i took a trip down to jabba earlier this year, it isnt too bad a journey and it is well worth it!!!!

Isn't there a place in Scotland that do the same remaps as Jabba?

The boost controller they fit is it all done electronically or is there anything that they need to change on the engine?

not sure if its up and running yet. its called bedrock veedubs. very good garage. not sure if they are doing remaps just yet, will haveto check it out

thought it was something like 'star performance'?
