Has anyone fitted these seats to their fabia? If so is it a straight swap or a bit of a pain to do?

You need TT seats, runners need adjusting but they fit

How much 'adjusting' is needed? Also are the TT seats and runners stright fit?? mk1 or 2.

mk5 GTI seats took "some adjusting" to make fit. The passenger side in the end, needed both bolt holes in the floor nearest the door removed and shifted 10mm outwards.... Drivers one was not so bad for some reason, and was adapted to fit into the original holes.
