Toyota Celica wheels - will they fit?

Featured Replies

hiya, peeps.

been looking to change my wheels. seems that vag wheels are expensive and the toyota fitment seem to go alot cheaper.

got my eye on some compomotive MO's in white.(off a celica).

cheers

Yes they will BUT you will need to find someone with a lathe to take out the stock 54.1mm centre bore to the 57.1mm bore you need. :) Won't be cheap I imagine as 3mm of metal to remove, in diameter terms.

Good call about the centre bore that

Apart from that and notwithstanding a stupidly wide build width from Compo, they'll be fine

Make sure the widths and ET are user friendly :)

He's mentioned an ET38, so would just be whether the wheels were stupidly wide :)

Oops, didn't seen that! Lets hope they aren't more than 8'' wide...

LOL, yeah that could cause some issues... oh, and make it look like a crab

cheers guys ,7.5 inch width, but the centre bore issue sounds like too much hassle.

thanks for putting my mind at rest ,i think i'll stick to looking at vag fitting rims, or a refurb/colour change for my standard rims.

just fancied some extra width, but dont we all.

Hi guys,

Any idea if the compomotives are still for sale or not?

Thanks,

Nick
