Featured Replies

hi guys, if you have a vrs with 18" rs4 rims on id love to see your pics. a good side shot of the whole car would be good, and on a silver vrs would be even better ;)

im thinking of getting some of these and it would be really good to see what my car would look like with them fitted before i buy them.

thanks guys i appreciate it.

If you have a quick look in the for sale section there's a white wrc edition in there with IIRC 19'' RS4's. Stunning car.

Mark (Bowders1) has 18" on his, looks nice mate.

hi oggy, very nice mate.

im looking for the later style rs4 rims but i have to say your cars looks the part, i was also contemplating colour coding the bump strips on my car but was unsure on how it would look, but thanks to your photo im convinced i have to get them done, the car looks great with them colour coded, it somehow makes the car look younger and slightly more modern B)

Are yours reps or gen wheels Mark?

Think they are all reps as genuine ones are 112 pcd I do believe.

THe arch mod is basically either get the TT arch vents and put them into your own or make up a template and drill holes in the std arch which I did. doesnt really make much diff tbh. as the air doesnt really need to fly throu the IC that fast, just enough to keep it cool.

Easy to do tho mate and it did make me feel better knowing that the air could flow bit more freely, even if it didnt lol

Hi Buddy yep they are reps..

Hi Mate it not so much to get cooler air into the intercooler but to get warm air away from the intercooler under the front driver wheel arch to allow the Intercooler that sits behind the bumper in front of the arch liner to keep cooler. Especially in warm weather when you get heat soak from ticking over in traffic. It is not a massive difference but helps with modded cars needing cooler charge air.

These are standard on Audi TT. So I bought a TT arch liner cut out the vent and fitted it to my arch liner.

as shown here.

Thanks Nick.

The colour coded strips do make the car look more modern.

I've changed from the RS4 alloys shown In the pics & now have 18" Dezent Motion alloys. They have the same et38 as the standard spider alloys & are very lightweight compared to the replica RS4 alloys I had on.

Cheers

really :giggle::giggle::rofl: when did you come out :giggle:

really :giggle::giggle::rofl: when did you come out :giggle:

When I saw you mate. Could not resist your back end what with that rear spoiler and the lower section diffuser :giggle:

I kind of asked for that Clive did'nt I.

Think I will be ordering a rear diffuser soon...

What one are you going for, black or carbon?

Rear diffuser umm.... tempting any pics ?

the std black

Mark has posted some pics of the Carbon one before. and to be honest Unless you body colour the rub strips and make the LCR splitter carbon It looks a bit missplaced to me, I got the Black on to go on. mind my car is black.
