Most seem to go along the route of lowering and maybe subtle mods to the front bumper. The Cupra splitter is cheap and effective too. Window tinting and colour coding of any plactic trim and even the chrome on the front grill. Although some have used black on red Fabia's and it looks smart.

Pretty sure there's a few threads in the Fabia section, or even post your request there too for greater chance of response.

Effective? in what way, I assumed the splitter was purely cosmetic. I May be wrong though

I was meaning as in a styling look. I would question it's performance enhancing propertites at public road speeds.
