im sure this has been discused meny times before but i want to make sure i have everything before i start.

i have a polo 9n tdi pd100 and want more power. i want to put either a 130 or 150 tubo in and then for now a vrs intercooler and pipes. then maybe a set of injectors and a bigger inlet

my car is already remaped pd160 intake pipercross pannel filter 312 brakes and collies.

heard alot of people have done it over hear to pd100 fabia's so woundered if anyone could help

Devonutopia has taken it too the extreme, give him a pm, we ve done plenty of conversions to the pd100, the last one which was 150 hybrid, 150 injectors and decent map made 195hp, you ll generally need to uprate the clutch which can be a pain to source

I've also considered doing this to my PD105, but the exhaust fitting from the PD130/PD150 turbo's compared to the PD105 turbo are alot different.

But yet i've read threads/posts where people have fitted a PD130/150 turbo to a PD105 block, i imagine that the exhaust would have to be butchered to suite?

I imagine the other alternative, would be to have the hybrid treatment to a PD105 unit.

hi get yourself down to see Ali @ unit18- very very pleased with my hybrid/mods install- next appointment will be for clutch and perfomance exhaust- should make 200bhp then - probably my limit
