Need help diagnosing a problem on a 2008 skoda superb 2.5 V6 tdi

Dash warning lights highlight Engine Management and Emissions warning, and it also shows a brake bulb warning light

The car has been back to the dealer numerous times and had the air flow meter changed, EGR replaced and there is still no change,

The car has intermittent misfires and has loss of power
