north east detailing supplies?

Featured Replies

Hello there,

Dunno if its allowed to be posted but does anyone know where near newcastle sells good detailing supplies? I want to get the stuff together for keeping my new car in good condition but buying from a website isnt economical when theres a £6 delivery charge on smaller orders.

+1  for NE Detailing. Always so friendly and helpful

Had a drive down there today.

got myself a washmitt, some maxi suds and some chemical guys cherry air freshner.

Not too sure on the airfreshner just yet. smells a bit sweet and doesnt seam to last as long as i thought it would (any tips for how to apply this? was told just 1 spray into the air was enough)

Will try the rest when it decides to stop raining.

eventually i will go back to get myself some grit guards and buckets but those will have to wait till i get paid again.

This detailing lark is expensive lol.

still need a pressure washer, foam lance, snow foam, wax, applicator pads and buckets with grit guards.

Zypher , those grit gaurds are very good , u will be suprised how much grit is in the bucket when u have finished :o

I was in there on Good Friday buying a snow foam lance  Had a quik natter to David , he was just finishing off detailing a nice black Lamborghini Gallardo B)

Be sorting out a meet there very soon so watch this space

Great minds think alike , i just replaced my pressure washer on the way back from NE Detailing on good friday with this one from Argos . . .

http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/7403576/Trail/searchtext%3EKARCHER.htm

The snow foam lances are brill too , mine was £45

i've ordered http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/7151086/Trail/searchtext%3EPRESSURE+WASHER.htm

Will prolly get a snowfoam lance and 1 bucket with gritguard (to use for rinse and used a normal bucket for soap till i get more cash/

Best tip from me is to just spray into each footwell and also the boot, will then last a fair old while...........
