Door Lock

Featured Replies

Ok so after having my door deadlooked shut for the last fortnight I managed to get in today by removing the card and smashing the lock to pieces. Replaced with a second hand lock form fleabay and guess what still doesnt work. Ive checked the connector to it and there is power there so im guessing its not a wire problem (also checked the drivers door unit and no corrosion or water ingress to it) any ideas???

Thanks

Sid

This isn't something to do with the conveniance pack setting is it? I had a similar problem on mine but it was fixed by disconnecting the battery for 20 minutes and then re-connecting! I sort of hope that this doesn't fix it for you, cos if it does you may be a little peed off that you went to the extent of ripping your door apart!
