Using Drive the Deal.

I didn't even know they existed, so thanks guys, you've just saved me £4000!

They're quoting 12 - 14 weeks, but other dealers are now quoting "up to 20 weeks"

I also ordered a Scout via Drive the Deal 2 weeks ago, and was also quoted 12 - 14 weeks. I've now got a provisional build week of week 20 (17 May), which when you add on 2 - 3 weeks for delivery to the dealer makes it about 12 weeks (fingers crossed).

Congrats on your orders - you'll love it! I finally got mine out of the city the other week to do this run - a combinatino of open forestry roads and narrow, rough single lane track. It felt much more stable than my old Subaru Outback, and I loved the diesel torque out of tight bends.

Not that you guys will do an Aussie run, but it's the type of fun we have here....

For those of you have just ordered your Scouts - I ordered mine in October and received it two weeks ago!... But.. it was worth the wait - great car

Just my little bit of fun last week

I ordered my scout on 15th Jan. It arrived at the dealers yesterday. Just been to see it and it looks superb. Can't have it until next Wednesday though due to bank holiday etc !

Oredered my Scout on 5'th of March and dealer just informed me of build week 16, with delivery mid May.

Had ours for about 20months - bloody marvellous car - wish I could find some suitable green lanes to take it down without risking doing it some serious damage... haven't yet had the balls to take it off road too much!
