Anyone got a list of the pins on the back of the lighting switch in the dash. Need pin for ground, ignition and side lights.

I used:

pin 10 - ground

pin 14 - +ve dashlights, non-dimmed (iirc), certainly has power when lights are turned on as I used it for my w8 mod

10 is brown, is this right. I'm using it to power a gauge. Have wired as said. I have put the +12 into TFL. is there a permanent feed on the switch as well?

Brown in ground.

I suspect there is a perm feed at the switch, would have to check my Haynes manual though, or poke the switch with a meter :-)

I couldn't work out the haynes manual. Bit green on the diags. The gauge needs an swichable 12v,ground and illumination. Using the TFL only powers when no lights are on. Need the swichable pin to wire power.

Managed to find the right pins with a volt meter.
