Kw problems - Rubbing/knocking?

Got my coilovers on order and wondered if anyone suffered any trouble when they lowered it with rubbing or knocking? having to change the ARB's at all? any information would be very much appreciated

make sure you torked every thing up when you put it back together, including wheels, i had knock when I changed my alloys and then relised that i hadnt fully tightened the wheel nuts .

what size of wheels have you got on and how much have you lowered it by?

about 45 - 50mm. i got my standard VRS wheels on so 16/205

running mine about 60mm on tt comps and only get a bit of rubbing when on full lock
