I think this has probably been asked before but what is the part number for an Elegance Columbus trim panel. Is the silver 'cross hatch' trim common on a 2005 Elegance available for the Columbus HU section or is the only silver trim available the one for the VRS?

That trim on an Elegance was black, regardless of whether a standard Stream radio was fitted or an MFD2 / MFD3 nav. No honeycomb patterned part is available. As an aside though, there is one for models with the facelift style climatronic controls.

The part number you want (for the black) is 1Z0 858 069 C 9B9 as your Elegance has climatronic.

I though that. Doing a very thorough search didn't reveal any mention of silver honecomb trim. Shame, as I reckon the silver honecomb pattern woud look better than black. Thanks for the info.

I think in Ireland you get the silver trim with the Elegance trim - that is if you don't go for the free Wooden Option.

Maybe someone may be able to expand on it? I'm getting that with my Octavia anyway.

If it's any consolation OP - I prefer the black trim over the silver.
