Skoda roof bars

Featured Replies

Any ideas on what to do with a set of roof bars that I appear to have lost the

keys for? Either wreck them removing the plastic covers, or wait until I move

house and hope I come across them somewhere during packing.

Not looking to sell, but want to make them useable for the future!

The chances are they will be Thule bars made for Skoda. Have a look at the lock and there should be a number stamped were the key goes in. If they are Thule then Halfords sell the keys for £15.

Hope that helps.

Brian.

That will be handy when I want to get a set of bars then :giggle:

(actually I already have a set, and know replacement keys can be obtained, but just realised that could be a really cheap why to get some - if you were of a thieving pikey nature :swear: )
