Mitchells Skoda - Ellesmere Port

I hear of stories on how long people have waited for their new Skoda’s, but all I can say about my experience with Mitchell’s Skoda in Cheshire is that they have promised and delivered…I bought/ordered from Stock on the 10/04/20010 a brand new unregisterd Octavia vRS Estate in Anthracite Grey. They said delivery would be two weeks and low and behold today they phone me up saying that the Car will be there waiting collection on Saturday, exactly two weeks after I placed the order.

Now that’s, in my opinion a first class service…I also e-mailed them quite a few times voicing a number of concerns, even one regarding the dreaded ESP failure issue, and they replied within hours and they were always very informative and helpful.

Now its just sit back a wait.
