4x4 uprated arbs are either r32 front and rear (what i had) or H&R full uprated arbs.

R32 arbs require slight modding of the wheel well to allow for fitting.

6 speed wouldn't be a bad idea. my brother put a hole in the 5 speed box of his 4x4 running les than 300bhp
