I have, but the MK2900 and with a Columbus.

Works fine, great telephone sound for the person at the other end of the phone - even at speed.

Do I need that special iso connector so not to splice the wires, any pictures from anyone?

Have the 3100 on mine, works a treat. can't help with fitting - dealer did mine, nice and near, sits above Bolero just below hazard & airbag buttons.
