Just checked my bank statement online and my first payment for the new octavia has been taken. No problems there.

However, another payment was taken on the same day for £150. Is this normal?

Is it some administration setup fee or something?

Just want to clarify before I either shout at someone or do nothing. :|

Is you finance with Skoda Finance? What deal is it on PCP, HP etc New or Used? £149 is the acceptance fee on Skoda finance HP deals. Your dealer should have told you about the fees. I work as a business manager in a Skoda dealer and make sure all our customers are 100% aware of any fees. You should also have been given a copy of the finance agreement.

If its a PCP im pretty sure its the agreement cost, like when you agree a mortgage on a house.
