Since Having My AirCon Re-Gassed

Featured Replies

I had my Aircon re-gassed today, It works a treat Nice & Cold ...

But .. Now when the heater is just on the normal position (No A/C Running) & pulling air from outside, It's misting like a Bugger (Currently Raining) Prior to having my Aircon Gassed this was not an issue.. All door carriers are sealed ( I know , I did them myself )

Is there perhaps moisture in the A/C system after running it to test & the normal heater is now pulling that through.

Cheers

Dean

Warm moist air meeting the cold evaporator will leave condensation on the evaporator, this is normal whenever the aircon is in use.

This condensation normally drips off the evaporator inside the heater box and out of a drain.

Maybe blocked drain tube? Soaked pollen filter?
