how do you upload pics thats on your pc on the new site? when you click insert link it asks for a url ?

I use photobucket and then use the IMG code to upload them :)

I just use facebook to host them and then copy image address and post them :p

if you use googlemail, they have a pic uploader blog thing which you can use too (again copy image address and paste as said above).

What's it called as I use Googlemail? I've heard of Picasa, or is it something else?

I normally use Timypic.com to host photos, it's similar to imageshack and I think owned by Photobucket.

Picasa web album, basically in your main inbox, at the top there is the "more" dropdown link, click photos, and your there.

I had photobox and others, but keep forgetting my login details of yahoo or whoever they used..

I got the G2 (HTC Hero - google phone) and its a bit silly how I need to use a Yahoo login for pictures when theres a perfectly good one by google

Thanks, but do you have to download and install Picasa before you can upload pics.
