Last year I purchased some of the interior LED strips for my new FL, three of the LEDs were dead. I e-mailed them and asked for a replacement, got no reply.

A few weeks ago I wanted the gas strut lifter kit for the bonnet, so ordered this and it came quite quickly. However there was a nut and washer missing. They said to purchase them locally and they would refund it. I did but could only get them in a small bag, I told them the price and they said "Crazy Price, send us receipt". I pointed out it would cost more to send the receipt to them and could they instead send the missing items. Again, no reply.

So....

SUPERSKODA NAMED AND SHAMED!!!

i said I use this forum and got people wanting to know how I get on with the lifter but they don't give a monkeys. Still, lifter works a treat!
