Drive the Deal - getting close to this at stealers?

Featured Replies

Hi

Does anyone know who is the current supplying garage for Drive the Deal prices?

Also, in the current VAT free climate of offers on Octavias, has anyone had success getting their local to match the DTD prices?

Many thanks

I believe they use one dealer in the Midlands and one in West London.

Mine is being supplied from a dealer in West London, but the contract I signed states I'm not allowed to tell anyone which one! However many other people have revealed the name of the dealer on here - do a search for Drive the Deal and you're sure to find it!

I couldn't get any local dealer to get anywhere close to the DTD price, but other people have had more success. It's worth trying.

Between the Drive the deal price and webuyanycar trade in price my local dealer got within £200 or so. This was close enough for me to go with my local dealer.

I ordered a 1.8 Scout last week. Xenons, Maxidot, Curtain Airbags, Variable Boot, Heated Seats,Full Sized Spare and Metallic Paint.

DTD was about £17400. Lets says Steve at Rainworth in Mansfield was very, very close

Tell us how close, so people can get an idea of which dealers are doing good deals at the moment.

No secret Keith I just can't remember off the top of my head. It was within a few quid.

The dealer I bought my vRS from beat the AutoEbid price online and gave me way, way above the webuyanycar trade-in price for my beemer.

surely it's only about cost-to-change, unless you're a cash buyer?

I want the cheapest cash price, because this will give cheapest monthly payments on PCP

We ordered our Octy vRS from them 3 weeks ago, they were £250 more than DTD IIRC
