Morning, my N80 valve (evap system) doesnt work, its 70 quid from skoda and i cant find anyone else that would seel them.

Do i actually need this?

Anyone know anywhere i can get one or doess anyone have a spare they would like to sell?

I'm still struggling to find out whats making my car randomly stall, everything else seems to be fine so i've got nothing to loose trying this now!

If you remove it you'll have to plug the ports on the throttle body and TIP (not hard). And fit a small breather filter maybe to the fuel vapour hose (you'd have to research a bit further to find out what the preferred method is).

You'll obviously get an error code for it not being there, but not sure if this with trigger a CEL. No harm in trying it.

Maybe the engine trying to stall is related. A vacuum leak can do this, and the charcoal canister obviously gets one of it's vacuum feeds from the inlet manifold, so there might be a leak in the canister or pipework....
