Rangie LRX and Yeti Elegance

Featured Replies

They are similar size, LRX is 3 doors and due out fairly soon. Looks good but cocky at the same time - not sure I like it too much - looks like a car for people with too much money (we don't actually know the price yet, but it will be expensive)

What else the might be putting a smaller capacity engine (ie 2 litre diesel and petrol) in it, any Range Rover without a V8 of some sort is pointless! Anyway Green environmentalists hate Range Rovers, why change the image, these people are never going to buy one anyway even if they produce less than 100 g/km co2! I agree with corporate responsibility and caring for the environment, but I don't see Bentley making a Golf size car!

Any one venture a guess on how LRX would compare to Yeti Elegance?

Well I don't think you'll find the V8 in the LRX, petrol or diesel, but yes to the 2.2 diesel, plus a hybrid.

Looks like it will be cramped in the back, and I bet the boot won't be much bigger than the Freelander's. However I do know that it has been designed to be effective off-road. I think the market place they are looking at was the 2 adults, no kids (TANK's)

Personally I don't think it is comparable to the Yeti.
