Oh well, hope they are worth the wait !!

Glad you have ordered one! Any idea how long the wait will be with your options?

I'm hoping ours is end of May? Couldn't come sooner for me! :smirk:

Nope no idea, could be looking at October but it arrives when it arrives no point in me worrying about it as I cant influence it. Hey ho !

My pleasure!

He used witchcraft to keep it that clean.

About bloody time too! - it'l be a nice Christmas present.

You'd better start thinkng about which winter tyres you want.

Harrassment apart, welcome to the Candy Whiter crowd. It is easy to keep clean, you see the crud right away.

Glad to hear you've got your Tibetan Monster ordered and you have gone for your preferred colour combinations. B) Look forward to seeing him / her later this year.

Regards,

TP

Thank you thank you thank you

Having never seen the gobi leather I hope I made the right choice as I am told it is darker than all the recent pics of it show on here !

:D

Oh I'm jealous about the heated windscreen! Though I suspect in London I won't have much use for it! Good luck with the wait. I'm only 4 weeks into my wait...

Yes must admit I was very surprised it was not a standard feature or at least an original option as it makes such a difference on frosty mornings, especially with diesels.

Whats it like to be 4 weeks in lol........its a bit like waiting for a baby innit :giggle:

Erm yes but this monster does not kick and let you know it is there. You are in limbo land knowing very little alas. I don't even know a build week yet!!!

And the diesel and demisting thing is something I did not think about. Grrr. Since my A2 has a Webasto auxiliary I've never had a problem...

How much did they charge for the heated screen by the way?

Excellent news, Paul! You won't be disappointed and James gets to afford his bus fare to and fro work for another week. At least if ours are parked next to each other the different coloured seats will be a clue as to which belongs to whom! At least you know it's going to be a while so you should survive the wait.

As for the cleanliness of Tibetan White. I really only wash my SM once a week and it isn't till you start to wash it you realise that it was actually dirty. It really is bizarre but anyone who thinks differently about white cars hasn't owned one!

I've stated this before. White is the easiest colour to keep clean for some bizarre reason - ask any South African, Australian or Middle East white car owner!

Yes, well just hope my sunroof option is not going to be pooped on as one of our Irish monster owners has said it has been discontinued as an option over there !!

Hopeful of keeping it clean anyway, and will be interesting to see the actual colour of the interior (big deep breaths !!).

;)
