worm engine do not want start

Hello I have problem with my 2000 skoda Fabia 1.9 Sdi. When the engine is cold start perfect first time but when is get hot ( let my sey i driveing somewere then take a stop for refueling back to car,try start engine but engin do not want start, after 5 min. can start again ). Strange for diesel engine?

Not sure but i think mayby there is problem with relay 109?

Already change injection pump, temp.sensor.
