What mpg do you get from the 110CR TDI

Featured Replies

Hi all,

Just wondering if you Yeti owners could tell me what sort of real world mpg figures you are seeing from your 110CR TDI engines? I believe the quoted combined cycle is 52mpg.

Thanks in advance.

Phil

Hi Phil

I have averaged 48 mpg over the last 1200 miles engine has now done 4300 miles.

I reset the average mpg recorder several days ago it is now showing 51mpg average, 150miles done since reset.I do pretty mixes mileage some motorway lots of twisty b roads and a bit of town work.

I do find the mpg starts to drop slowly if you sit at the legal limit on a motorway .I guess it is missing that 6th gear.

Hope this helps

CR110 2wd

Over the last 4450 miles my full to full average is 45.9 mpg

Currently the last 1721 miles on the Maxidot is showing 46.4

My best single journey mileage is 53.9 mpg per Post #46 on this thread:

My wife drives the car a lot and she drives with no thought of mpg or finesse. Also many of her journeys can be short <5 miles. We do live in a rural area however with virtually no traffic jams.

To average 52mpg over thousands of miles I think must be impossible.
