I ordered my L&K at the beginning of May.

Just seen the new brouchre, and it is dated 'effective 25th May'

My dealer told me that I would be getting the car on the 21st Aug. I already knew that I was getting a MY11, but does this mena I also get the new CR engine.

If so, I am looking forward to driving an auto (ok DSG) that does 53mpg.

I think You've just answered the question yourself as you say you are getting an MY11 car and the general concensus is that the CR 140 engine will be fitted to all orders built from the week 22 onwards. Best bet is to double check with the dealer or direct from Skoda if you have the build number.
