Started the mods on the wifes Fabia yesterday by fitting some updated spec rear lights.

Nothing fancy so far but think it freshens up the rear a little

New & Old - Halfway there, one down, one to go

Got them brand new for £24 the pair - bargain Yeah, straight swap took about half an hour, but 10 mins of that was removing the plastic boot trim on one side which didn't want to come off. Once I got the trim off, it was just unplugging the bulb cluster and undoing the 4 screws.

Nice simple mod, good job!

I too when I was buying a newer fabia I didn't notice the difference.. Only when I drove it back home my parents was saying ohh new lights thats really nice...!

I was like.. :wonder:. Still didn't believe her until I checked out the pics!

Pete, I got them from a local dealer that sells excess stock on eBay. Apparantly if you order something and don't pick it up or cancel the order they can't be sold again, so they sell them on eBay to get some money back. Next is full vRS kit, black B post and new alloys. Got brand new vRS front and rear bumper, roof spoiler and Audi pepperpots waiting to go on. Also got full red and black leather interior to be fitted too. Just need to save now to get bits painted and leather fitted as I'm trying to do bits to my car too just now.

Cheers Garry, been spending most of my time and money on the Fabia recently and got a couple of bits I want to do to my Bora so think get them done 1st as they've been on the back burner for ages, then get the Fabia finished. Got a secret wee touch I'm gonna get my mate to do to the pepperpots I think
