Car will not demist, when the fan is switched on, water droplets spray out of the vent. Carpets not wet.

Is this the symptom of the dreaded blocked scuttle overflows or more serious? Used the car on Sunday with no probs.

If the blocked overflows, any trade secrets to getting the wiper grilles off?

The three clips usually break and I've seen a few Fabias without them re-fitted, without any effects. The other way (if you can't remove the wipers) is to remove the black metal panel below the wiper panel.

Tell the wife to fix it. She's in charge of the Fabia now.
