My boost peaks at 1.4ish bar and then drops off as the revs get highter however, looking at others boost gauges on youtube there boost does not go down as the revs climb. Why is that?? :wonder:

because it looks like thats a tuned evo that your comparing too, you dont know the gearing, revs,spec of turbo or anything else about that car so its not a good basis for comparison

different car bigger turbo etc etc

the vrs is a small turbo and will only hold .9 to 1 bar at the redline it cant physically blow anymore
