In the early days of the Octavia vRS in the UK, some models did indeed come in with 16 inch alloys - the press cars were examples. However, this was relatively short-lived and now all Octavia vRSs should have 17 inch wheels.

Another difference was that some people only got steel spare wheels as opposed to a full size alloy and this too seems to have been rectified.

16 inch alloys are still standard fit in some other countries outside the UK, however. Therefore, these and other spec differences should be borne in mind if thinking about an import.

Is it an estate? They have smaller wheels than the hatch (and no rear strut braces!)
