How Do You Change The Batteries In The Remote Transmitter (folding Key)?

On the Skoda badge side, there is a ridged arc across the fob.

In the middle of this, if you look closely, is a wider section / slot of about 5mm. Using a small flat bladed screwdriver press here and twist. This will seperate the fob into two parts, the remote and the key.

Looking at the remote half, this splits into two halves lengthways, and takes one Panasonic CR2032 or two CR2016's.
