I am purchasing my Yeti with Sunroof through UK Car Discount ordered on the 15th May.

I got in touch with them on the 28th May after I had heard about the delays on the Sunroof (Delivery date: Early September), and they said they were getting in touch with Skoda UK to enquire about any delays.

Well unfortunately that is the last I heard from them so sent a new email yesterday as a follow up, but the have said Skoda are not replying to there emails.

Will keep you all informed as we go on.

By the way, I am quite happy to change my order to exclude the sunroof if I have to, but it would be nice of Skoda to reply to the initial question wouldn't it.

You can't really blame the dealers if the broker isn't keeping you up to date.

Skoda UK and a dealer are not one and the same thing. The former is extremely bad at getting back to people (if at all - my email to them was completely ignored) and dealers vary. Some dealers are amazing, others (like mine) totally useless at keeping people informed.

i agree, skoda uk still havnt returned my call from 2 weeks ago, about our so called no order number!!!!...and our dealer aint much better, we will see if our supposed 1st week july build date transpires

Well the latest news is that UK Car Discount are dealing with Skoda direct. Still no reply from them so they are now getting their Marketing Manager to get hold of Skoda and find out what is happening.
