black cars are hard to keep A1 but it really looks great

i know :( thinking of doing the octy myself to save cash as paintwork doesnt need correction, will put up pics if i do

octy isnt too bad but trying to get inurance sorted but proving he was at fault is impossible :( hoping for cctv but looking unlikely so a 50/50 claim likely :(

I eventually won a motor claim years ago when someone reversed into me then claimed it was my fault! Keep at it. I wrote a letter quoting the highway code and roadcraft's advice on reversing. If I still had the letter you could have it; I went to town a bit but won in the end when they asked if I was willing to go to court and I said yes. Best of luck

the sad thing is we have no proof :(

my wife had reversed out a space, into 1st gear and just edging away when another car diagonally in car park reversed out the opposite way hiting ours square in the back bumper. we can only hope for CCTV but not looking good
