Hi All,

Can someone tell me how to insert a picture. The insert image icon asks for an image URL! I want to attach a photo from a folder in "my pictures" say, or an SD card. Have I got the right settings on the Briskoda site?

Any help appreciated.

Please could someone explain the steps required to include a photo from "My Pictures" into a post on this site.

Ok..this is what I do:

First you have to upload your picture to the web:

Go to www.imageshack.us (there are a number of different ones)

Upload a pic by clicking 'upload' - then browse to pic (on your computer) - then it will upload.

After it has uploaded you will be presented with some 'links' to that picture

What I do is highlight the link to the main image, then 'copy' it

Then, go back to forum - add/reply to a post and click 'insert image' - here you paste the link to the main image (the one you previously copied), click insert image and hey presto
