MFSW on Scout m.y. 2008 and Columbus

In my Octavia Scout m.y. 2008 with navi Columbus I have installed retrofit Mfsw (multi function steering wheel) and bluetooth premium.

Unfortunately the keys of the left of the telephone on the MfSW don't work, while all the others works (that for the vocal commands also works).

With VCDS I don't have errors.

Where have I been wrong?
