i was wondering, If there are no mechanical differences between a 86BHP and a 102BHP 1.2TSi engines, is it possible with some soft of software update/install to tweak a 86BHP engine to produce 102 BHP?

does such action could void skoda's warranty? and are the mechanics can discover such tweak with their electronic diagnostic tools?

The person to really ask about this is ben at shark performance, his forum name is shark-90 I believe, he has a good reputation and seems to be able to reprogramme, even temper proof ecu's, there is also a device where you can plug into the cars diagnostic port to change the level of tune so you can put it back to standard for servicing etc.

Yes it is possible, the process is known as remapping and there are business such as Shark Performance that can help you with it
