I have an issue with my turbo hose as it has popped off for the second time.Obviously this is quite annoying and wondering instead of having to get the garage to keep sorting it if i could get an upgrade?

theres a few mods....4 self tappers drilled into hose/connector....4 cable ties....1 round hose and connector and 2 holding together.

When mine went, the collar/lip around the end sheared off - this may be why yours keeps popping off. Plenty of workarounds as above, however the new part is something like 80 quid plus fitting...

not on a fabia as the hose has an internal metal sleeve built in..so the connection is actually metal/metal with a rubber o ring sealing it and a clip holding the pipes togther..

you may need to order 2 new clips from skoda.

i better add that it takes 3-5 weeks to make it so i have not got mine yet

Why not just buy a stainless stell boost pipe off here, then buy a 90 degree bend for the top that connects to the egr valve, and a sleve hose to connect to the original intercooler pipe? Costs about 40 for the boost pipe and 15/20 for the hoses. Looks great and cheap replacement for 60 quid instead of dealer price or samco one
