Marinetraffic.com is a good one.

The ships sail from Emden. The City of Sunderland was one, but there are others if you search on this forum.

It's a false report ! It's not common knowledge but the Main Highway doubles as a covert Frigate. She also has an Aegis system just in case of air attack. At the time of the North Korean Naval attack she had her Super Nixie operating which decoyed the Torpedos. She then returned fire with a pair of Mk45's which put paid to the Korean Sub !

She should be ok now as theirs a couple of Merlins out on ASW Patrol and her AGM 45's are primed for any surface threats
