Hi. Just bought an Octavia VRS diesel and am looking forward to the thrills and spills of owning a Skoda. I'm hoping that it will be a pleasant experience which will be reasonably cheap and efficient to run. I previously had an Audi A4 2.0 fsi multitronic. Unless I become a millionaire I will not be buying another, multitronic is great when it works but terrible when it doesn't and the cost to repair is incredible. Hence why we have gone for a Skoda. Good performance, cheap to run (hopefully) and good value for money. The wife picks it up on Friday so hopefully I won't have to post on here too much but if I do then it looks like a good place to get sound advice. Cheers.
