D300 / 70-200VR @ f3.5 Min shutter speed 1/800 max iso 1600. It's was too dark even for those towards the end and I upped the iso to 3200 and still could only get about 1/640 sec exposure.

They do. Mixed until about age 15 then segregated. Generally they are the same sort of girls you see playing Rugby.
