power loss

hi guys i got a octy2 pd105 tdi 05 plate

on way to work this morning wierd noise from engine bay sounded like a siren as i revved, and lost power struggled to get up hills, when looking in engine bay if i rev the pipe that runs on the left of engine cover (takin a guess its intercooler pipe) collapses on its self so no air can flow

any one got any ideas as wot could be wrong or best way to sort it and sort of prices im lookin at ??????
