Hi all.

Used the forum as a non member to read through the Octavia buyers guide. Very helpful and now I have bought my own 02 plate VRS in silver I have signed up. Have to say one of the most helpful forums out there and some very helpful people here! I look forward to meeting you all at some point.

The car has been remapped but have no proof apart from the pinning back to the seat i get when booting it, which brings a huuuuge smile to my face as well. Oh and i constantly have the engine management light on...any early ideas before i post under the octavia section? Apart from that she is a beast of a car and am well chuffed.

I have owned a few cars including golfs and an A3, but just had a new addition to the family and needed something larger than a 3 door hatch - enter the VRS. Its my first turbo car as well - hence the big smile on my face each time i open it up.

Anyway thanks for reading and hope to get some advice (about the engine light) and be of assistance to others very shortly
